Klaus Heine is the Rotterdam representative of thematic line TL4, Justice, Security and Institutions functions as an innovative platform for communication, collaboration, and exchange between academic communities across member universities. This is part of UNIC, an alliance of ten universities rooted in ten specific post-industrial urban ecosystems, dedicated to unlocking new models of European learning, working and researching that will shape the university of the future.
